This week offered up a plan that I knew would be tough. I was ready to let it play out. A totally clean week of food. Insane.
The focus has been to reduce the carbs down to a minimum level and find a place where I can function.
Between 50g and 100g seems to be the sweet spot. The brain fog for a few days last week and the early part of this week was something to be proud of. I had to remember what the Doc said… It is only temporary. Earn it Roper.

The body is recovering, the mind is working and the engine is improving.
Keep on keeping on. This coming week has a day out on Saturday so I shall have a carb overload. This will be a learning curve.
Today was a great day. Dog walk, a bizarre run, ironed my shirts and handkerchiefs for the week, heavy gym circuit and I thrashed the r53 toy back and forth to the gym. Decent.
