Rest week from the phys was decent.

I had a rest week last week and decided to simply just walk every day. The last few weeks have been chaos with life throwing a few lemons and I felt rest was needed.

No running, no skiing and no gym.

I feel pretty recovered now. The Garmin even stated fully recovered. I feel like I need the gym now.

I miss the gym. I miss the feeling I get from pumping iron.

So back to it tonight.

Still need a long-term plan for something to train towards.

Currently being considered:

A 24-hour 10km loop for distance.

Marathon SkiErg.

Pen Y Fan full loop under 3 hours 55 to beat the last time.

Or shall I just do all 3?
