We can all find ourselves rehearsing the future.
It can be positive.

It can be negative.
For me it is noticing how quickly the mind can descend into chasing the rehearsal of all the bad things that could happen in doing something.
Notice the ladder down and make the decision to just be present. Be now. Take the next action and what plays out will play out.
The voices. Can be dark or light.
Same energy. Depends how you to choose to use it.
