Last few days Phys.

A load of dog walks and a couple of steady runs and a gym session.

Weight was down this morning.

Still not feeling like getting on the SkiErg indoors with this UK heat. . So RUNNING IT IS.

 

This time of year the head is often a bit fried. I also usually do a lot less phys in the summer. Also i have put on a few kg over the summers recently. This year i plan to lose a few kg.

I miss being lean like i was 8 months ago.
