Exercise is fundemental to my recipe.

Since the end of April I have had to rest more. The body was broken from the 100km ski and 53km Run

It was also the level of training i was doing. 15 plus hours a week. The mind and body was tired and needed food.

The last few weeks have been about recreating the habits that go into 15 plus hour weeks.

It is creeping back.

The recipe and ingredients are starting to look right again.
