The Ski Erg. Creeping back into some rhythm.

A steady easy month of May was had. Loads of phys but no real plan or map. Just doing stuff for fun.

The last few days we have been creeping back into the Erg. Time to learn that managing fatique is so important whilst i build up the weekly hours and KMs on the machine again. .

It takes it toll. However i honestly feel like i can jump straight back into those peak crazy weeks in March and April.

Life is jolly good in a gym.

Shocking when relearning how to cope with fatique.
