2024 was a year of unexpected wins and a lot of frustration.
The big win almost happened but fell at the last hurdle… Onwards with that one. It will happen.
Work was tough. The business confidence was not there along with an insane drop in clients with live projects.
The best rescue dog found me in early February. No words for this dog.
My physical health improved exponentially with my engine simply flying along. My strength has improved.
My mind is clear. Phys and mind are thanks to the Doc tinkering with me. Plus I chose to earn my reward almost every day in some way shape or form. Thankyou Doc.
323 days I trained. 496 Hours with an average of 51m 40 seconds per session according to my trainingpeaks account. I will take that in my 50’s.
Plus an insane coaching client whose life is unrecognisable in 12 months. Savage.
A year of survival in 2024.
