January 1st 2026.

New Years resolutions. NONE.

I carry on the same as before as I always have. Health, Exercise and work plans are always in place.

Rule 1. Put my own oxygen mask on first.

Rule 2. Ask if what is happenning now benefits me. Is what I am doing or about to do junk. . If junk – Do not do it.

Rule 3. When the sleep alarm goes off, go to sleep.

Rule 4. Eat Well. Creates mental and physical energy.

Rule 5. Mind Work. Silence, Dog walking, Writing.

Rule 6. Exercise. A lot. Often. Daily.

Rule 7. All the above MANAGED and prioritised, work becomes fun. Hence graft from a place of enjoyment.

Rule 8. Understand that none of the above is easy and one has to understand why to do this and accept the daily fight.

Rule 9. Repeat rules 1-8 every day.

The above is a collection of a lifetime of mistakes, lessons and wins. This works for me and what and who I am.

Finding and working with how YOU tick, understanding the ingredients you need in life makes life easier and harder.
