Wednesday physical exercise.

The first jog back after popping the calf a month back.

I spent 30 mins basically noticing any twinge, itch, slight pain, stiffness or soreness.

You get what you think about  – I am prat for even thinking about the calf.

No one gives a shit. So just get on with it.
