The mental battle.

I have to run today.

65 MINS of the voice in my head. You are tired, I can go later. Your ankles are stiff and your calf hurts.

It is cold. It is far from cold…

I read the reasons why I need to run.

I went out and jogged super slow.

5 mins walk. Get the ankles moving…

8km of the super slow movement.

5 mins walk to slow down.

Average HR: 138

Distance total: 9.13km

Average speed: 8.13 kph

It rained for 10 mins and I felt alive.

As little Dave says: Never miss a Monday.

No one cares Roper. Just get on with it.

The bastard ball is out. I need to roll my feet!!
