Mondays can be tough or fun or both.
You are either excited for the day or not as it is the start of another week.
Never miss a Monday’s exercise though as a particular friend would always say.
Today was a slow jog. Walk for a minute. or two, a jog, a walk up a hill and a jog and a walk to finish for a minute or 3.
It was 14 degrees warm. Pretty grey and a little wet and plenty of wind to propel me along. My own included.
Slowly I am beginning to feel like I could run again for hours. I can taste it as I am running.
Today is a good day.
Garmin has an average hr of 135. Creeping south again on the HR.
Remember: No one cares what you do.
