Finally a decent week at church after the man sickness.

2 Cold plunges.

3 SkiErgs totalling: 2hrs 46min.

3 Decent weight sessions.

Monday was a rest day.

Wednesday was a rest day due to a day rover travel to see the Doc.

The calf is still a bit smashed so the running is completely stopped. I trained my calf muscles tonight. .

Let’s see how I am walking in the morning. . .

All in all a steady week back after the man’s sickness.

Eat and Sleep and graft again.
